결제·크레딧
결제한 Google 계정을 연결한 뒤 상점에서 구매 복원을 실행하세요. 같은 상품을 다시 사지 마세요.
로컬 엽서
앱 제거·데이터 삭제 전 원하는 기기 위치에 PNG로 저장하세요. 계정 연결은 엽서함을 동기화하지 않습니다.
광고 선택
앱에 표시되는 광고 개인정보 선택과 기기의 광고 설정을 이용할 수 있습니다.

계정 삭제 안내에서 삭제 범위와 앱을 사용할 수 없을 때의 요청 방법을 확인하세요.
도움이 더 필요한가요?
앱 버전, 운영체제 버전, 문제가 발생한 화면, 결제 시각과 상품명을 적어 주세요. 사진, 비밀번호, Firebase 토큰, 카드 정보나 전체 구매 토큰은 보내지 마세요.

Postcards are stored on your device. Credits and purchase benefits are linked to your account.
Payments and credits
Link the Google account used for payment, then use purchase recovery in the shop. Do not repurchase while recovery is pending. Account recovery covers server credits and ad-free time only; local postcards are not synced.
Local postcards
Export postcards as PNGs to a device location you choose before clearing app data or uninstalling.
Ad choices
Use the ad privacy choices shown in the app and your device's advertising settings.
Account deletion
See the account deletion guide for what is deleted and how to request deletion when you cannot use the app.
Contact support
Email us with the app version, operating system version, affected screen, purchase time and product name. Never send photos, passwords, Firebase tokens, card details or a complete purchase token.
